When will my order ship?
    Here at That's Lovely Dear, orders are sent out once a week, on a Friday.
    Domestic Orders, which are orders within Australia, can take 1 - 2 Weeks to arrive after the dispatch date. Please contact us if you believe that express postage is needed for your order.
    Arrival of International Orders, can take anywhere between 2 - 5 Weeks, as delivery time primarily is determined by your location and customs.
    If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, please message us for us to determine whether it will arrive before that day.
    Do you offer tracking?
    Unfortunately we do not offer tracking for our products within our listings. 
    That's Lovely Dear is committed to keeping our services affordable for as many people as we can. Tracking can come with a hefty price tag over $40 for a single item, and we think that’s just nuts. Therefore, we are constantly looking for cheaper ways to ship our items into your hands.
    However, if you are willing to pay for tracking or you believe you have a larger order that could qualify for tracking, please send us an enquiry.
    My International Order Is Yet To Arrive?
    Arrival of International Orders can take anywhere between 2 - 5 Weeks, as delivery time primarily is determined by your location and customs.
    If you have not received your purchase after 40 days, please contact us through message and we will send a replacement straight away.

    We host Brand Rep Searches on our Instagram @thatslovelydearshop every couple of months. As of now, that is the only way to be a part of The Love Club and receive a free item from our shop, in return for a post/review.

    Oh No, I Gave You The Wrong Address!
    There is still some hope if you package hasn’t shipped yet! Send us a message ASAP and we are more than happy to fix it for you.
    Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped it is more difficult to change the address. Thus, we are not responsible after the package has been sent. 
    Wholesale availability
